Because everything that is being orchestrated by one man. The same man that he met at Lin Yang Yu. The same man that killed his mom. The same man that wears an eye match. 'Man' known as Slade Wilson or as we call him Deathstroke. Would this help them much to go on, yes trusting him would be an issue. Green Arrow/ Connor Hawke : So yes I am after Deathstroke, to stop him from killing. To change my fate. To not end up as vigilante and have a normal life. I am telling you I lost alot, not going to lose anymore. I need to change it, even that means I would not meet you two in future. So stop Deathstroke before it's too late. That's all I ask. I will go back to my timeline. I promise.

She seemed more then ready, but the image of Slade killing so many of Ollie's loved ones in the past made him worry for Laurel, despite knowing she was fully trained and could handle herself..he was still worried. He turned back to Laurel as she nodded. "Let's go change the future." |

I know he would have hired some help and I don't want to sound arrogant. But Connor for your sake your telling the truth and I want to ask you one more thing. Why'd Slade kill your mother ? Connor gasped for heavy breath. It was a great question by Oliver. Green Arrow/ Oliver Queen : Because he doesn't kill anyone for free. If he has gone rogue. I am sure someone has hired him to kill your mother. But do you know the reason why ? Connor nods his head in disapproval. Green Arrow/ Connor Hawke : Sadly the future you.Never told me. So I guess will find out when we head to meet Deathstroke then. So shouldn't we head out and stop him because I want to stop him before he kills her. Black Canary/ Laurel Lance : Let us go prepared first. Green Arrow/ Connor Hawke : We have no time for all of that. If we are late then my future is inevitable. Green Arrow/ Connor Hawke : Now you're sounding like him. Like you were in the future. UGH!! Never mind ok what do you guys really have in mind ? Going to contact overwatch or something.

"We stick to the shadows, I'll get close to Slade, Canary and Conner you flank the other side and provide not only a distraction but take out as many of Deathstroke's goons as possible. I will hold off Slade as long as I can, but to make sure Conner's mother is safe we are going to need to get her out of harms way fast..faster then either of us can get to her." Laurel looks inquistively as Oliver and asks. "What do you have in mind?" Oliver smiles and sends a message on his communicator. "Someone....fast"" |

The flash of gold quickly fades as their eyes adjust allowing them to make out what seems like a floating golden figure above them, within seconds you can make out it was a blonde headed man dressed in a blue and gold superhero costume, next to this floating man was a little golden robot that stayed around his head height Booster Gold: Right I don't like having to play time cop it eats into my PR time, so whichever one of you has been messing with the time stream hurry up and go back I have a big belly burger commercial to film.... He stops dead his eyes wondering from the two men and over to the rather attractive lady. His annoyed this is a waste of time look quickly turning into a big cheesy grin as he whispers not so quietly at his robot friend Booster Gold: Skeets clear my schedule Skeets: Sir, the mission Sir? Booster just ignored his little robot pal as he lands gently next to Black Canary, the two green arrows seemingly an afterthought to him for now Booster Gold: Well hello Madam, are these gentlemen bothering you? Because if you need a big strong hero to deal with them and then take you out for dinner, well Booster Gold he's your man. |

Oliver asks intently, hoping Booster could lend something to the fight ahead. |

We won't know would we. But Connor looked around at Laurel Lance, Oliver and then Booster who also had a tiny little Android of a robot or is it a drone. Connor couldn't really tell but it was something really cool. Green Arrow/Connor Hawke : So let me get this straight you're a time cop. Completely going out of subject and is talking straight to Booster Gold. Green Arrow/Oliver Queen : We don't have time. We need to stop Slade and find way to do which doesn't get us killed. Green Arrow/ Connor Hawke : So You're Booster Gold and that little friend of your is skeet. So tell me has the future changed. Because if you are from the future then you know the entire history. Why not you look into your records of tonight's attack on Slade and maybe knowing the future would help us change few things and stop Slade. Is there a way you could help us Booster. Because I want my mom not to be murdered by that one eye patch maniac. |

A fact he managed to pick up by kinda listening to him yap on about some plan or something, that chick and her body was rather distracting... Booster steps forward pushing his index finger into the future Green Arrows chest, his own puffed up as he tries to show off while giving his stern warning Booster: Look kid, your mom is in trouble and whatever but clearly you lived past this point, your whole future has gone on for years after this incident. Messing with the past is never a good thing, clearly I have never done it because I'm a professional but just imagine if I went back in time and saved the life of my best friend who was murdered years ago and when I came back most of the world was taken over by Brother Eye, must of the human race was dead and it's so bad that my friend decided he had to go back and die just to fix things. Think on that Arrow boy, think about what you might change, think about everything bad that could happen and leave this while I take this fine young lady for dinner and then tomorrow at 2 P.M they can catch Deathstroke escaping via the docks as they where meant to and just forget your mom |

Otherwise, she was going to have to remove him from the situation the hard way. She did learn one thing during his speech. She and Oliver were meant to catch Deathstroke at the docks tomorrow. Now they knew where he was going to be and as long as they didn’t change to much tonight, they would still have their chance at him tomorrow. Completely ignoring Booster’s dinner proposal, Black Canary stepped forward. “Regardless of what it might change, I am not going to knowingly let a woman die without trying to stop it. You want to talk about changing the future. The consequences that it could have. Who is to say that you two time travelers just showing up here tonight hasn’t already changed the future? Maybe finding out that it was Slade now rather than later is enough to help us save his mother. Or maybe your interference is the very reason why we fail. Because while we are standing here arguing about the rights and wrongs of time travel, we could be coming up with an actual plan and getting shit done.” Black Canary was over the talking. She normally liked to have a plan, but at this point, she would settle for just busting down the doors and screaming at whoever got in her way. She took several steps backwards, removing herself from the situation. “I’m going to go do what needs to be done…to hell with the consequences. And Booster, sweetie, if you have a problem with that, just try to stop me.” She would scope out the docks, maybe he was close. |

"I'm with you and I'm ready to go in and take him out, if you and Conner are with me..then let's do this." |

Looking at group of hostages, in which one of them is Connor's mother. Deathstroke smiled under his mask as he signal his men to check who it is ? Deathstroke : Seems like our friends of archer are already here. He raises his fingers up and points out to his men to be on their guards at all time. Deathstroke : If you see those little arrows shoot it down. Time to welcome our guest. Smirked again as he pulled his sword of and swings it a little. Deathstroke looked at every window from where he was standing. Checking from where would the Arrow Clan. Though Slade is unaware of Connor Hawke and Booster Gold at this point. But he's sure Green Arrow and Black Canary would be here. So to Slade, Connor being here is unpredictability. Deathstroke : (raising his walkie talkie out and talks through radio channel with one of his men outside guarding at the main entrance) Is everything okay. You see anything. Just strike, send some men to the west side. I noticed a movement. the sound was going to static and no one was responding. Deathstroke : Is anyone listening to me! Fine gotta do everything myself.

So far, she was undetected. Keeping an eye on where Slade had disappeared, Canary made her way over to the hostages keeping to the shadows. She hadn’t expected this many of them, but honestly she should have. Why take just one or two when you could have a whole group? It would make their escape more noticeably and more dangerous. “Slade is headed in your direction. Found the hostages. It’s a group of them. I'm going to need some time. How long can you keep them distracted?”

Even if Slade gave him the fight of his life he had to possibly risk it to save Conner's mother and to give Black Canary time to get the hostages out of the warehouse. "I tried to lure them far away from your position, I'm sure you heard the bang." |

Last thing she wanted was for them to believe that she was on the other side. Black Canary reached for the first hostage, and began to try to untie the knots on the ropes that bound them. “Any of you happen to be Sandra Hawke?”

I have been waiting for this rematch. I was waiting to drive this sword right into your chest and carved your little heart out. But now I have something better planned. When DNA matches caught my attention and surprisingly what I learned ? I have someone who you fornicate and impregnated and then left her. Abandon her like she was one of your one night stand. Which was many years ago ? You knocked her up. Now she has a son. I have kept them away and I am going to kill them first. Maybe kill your own little bastard son. Deathstroke smirked as Green Arrow stretches his bow, taking an aim at Deathstroke. As Deathstroke begins to step closer and closer. Arrogantly with no fear in his eyes. Deathstroke : What is it ? Can't pull that arrow ? Pull it. Kill me, wait you don't kill. That's the difference between you and me. You have no inclination to do what is necessary. But I will do whatever it takes, whatever it takes to destroy you and everyone around you. I am sure you're begging this question in your little head. Why Slade ? Why are you doing this ? and the answer is mentioned right in front of you. Because it's quite simple.Because I can and I want to make you suffer. I want to make you really feel miserable. Now Green Arrow shoot! He stretched his legs out and drapes his sword around the back, in a strong fighting stance. Raise his other hand and taunts him to come and fight. Green Arrow shoots his first arrow right at Deathstroke's only eye, but Slade swings his sword so quickly as his reflexes acted quite strongly at that point.. Green Arrow shoots another arrow, this time aiming at Slade's chest but he fights that off. Shooting arrow after arrow as Deathstroke comes running closer. He kicks him in the mid section and pushes him off. Green Arrow rolls over backwards to the ground and then he see Slade almost diving the sword into his chest but he rolls out of the way and the sword hits the ground. Deathstroke : As evasive as you can be. I do not think you would able too dodge me much longer. Death slides his swords again this time. Oliver pulls his bow up to block, but that breaks in half and he jumps back away. Deathstroke : Now what are you going to do without your bow ? Arrow man. |
