Nightwing crawled down from the skylight into the Iceberg Lounge, making sure to land in the shadows out of view and as softly as possible, watching the remainder of Penguin's goons loading weapons crates onto a truck and unloading another truck of their own stolen merchandise.  He caused a brief distraction luring one of them into the shadows and silently took him down with his Escrima Stick.  One by one he began to pick off the remaining guards and tossed them into the back of the truck, closing the tall door trapping them inside. 

He admires his handy work but is nearly caught off guard by Penguin's bladed umbrella, Penguin attacks again and Nightwing avoids.

"You blasted kids always ruining my business!"

Cobblepot shouts and tries to fire a shot from the umbrellas but Nightwing dodges and uses his Escrima stick to do a combination to Penguin and knock him cold.

"Not true, Ozzie..not if your business is Arkham."
